You need to:

• answer all the questions that apply to you, writing clearly in capital letters
• send us the documents we ask for to avoid delays to your claim

We can only backdate Child Benefit claims for up to 3 months. So even if you do not have all your documents, make your claim now and send us these as soon as you can.
